Kurts Metal Works represents artist Kurt Sveilis’ minimalist and at times whimsical view of architecture and functional objects. Having spent his life living in many major cities around the world he now turns his influences into metal urban design objects. Starting from a hand sketch the designs are then further developed with the aid of digital programs. The final version makes its way to the metal laser cutter. After all the ruff edges are polished out a lasting finish of powder coat paint is applied to prevent scratching. We hope you enjoy these works of art as much as we enjoyed making them.
